Privacy policy

Bloom Raid is a fantasy action game for solo play and optional online cooperation. This policy describes the information used by the game and its Apple services.

Your game stays on your device

Earned equipment, equipped items, appearance preferences and audio settings are stored locally. Bloom Raid does not upload your inventory to a developer-operated account or cloud save service. Reinstalling or deleting the app can remove local progress. Restoring an eligible Apple purchase restores the purchased appearance; it does not restore earned equipment.

Playing with others

Optional online play uses Apple Game Center and GameKit. Apple handles authentication, matchmaking, invitations and connectivity under its privacy terms. The game temporarily uses Game Center player identifiers to organize connected players. Connected players exchange the game state needed for cooperation, including movement, actions, health, equipped appearance, enemies, boss patterns, raid results and party readiness. The party host validates combat. Bloom Raid does not provide text chat, voice chat or public posts, and does not keep these sessions on a developer-operated server.

Optional purchases

Apple processes the optional Sunpetal Knight appearance purchase through StoreKit. The game verifies Apple's transaction information to grant or remove eligible access. Payment details are handled by Apple. Bloom Raid does not send receipts or transaction identifiers to a developer-operated server or other players. The appearance changes no combat stats or raid access. Restore purchases is available in the OUTFITS screen.

No advertising or developer analytics

The game contains no advertising or developer-operated analytics service. Apple may process App Store, Game Center and diagnostic information according to your Apple settings and Apple's policies.

Support

If you contact help@paran.app, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer and resolve your request and retain correspondence only as needed for support or legal obligations. Do not send passwords, payment details or personal information about children. Support correspondence is not used for advertising.

Children and choices

Bloom Raid does not ask players to enter their age, real name, address or contact information. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. Parents can manage Game Center and purchase access through Apple's family and device settings. You can play solo without joining an online party. Contact us for privacy questions or to request deletion of support correspondence.
