A little help for your next raid.

Contact help@paran.app for help with Bloom Raid. Include your app version, device model and what happened. A screenshot is useful; keep private information out of it.

Play solo or find a party

Use the left joystick to move and the right buttons to attack, use skills and dodge. CO-OP offers Game Center matchmaking and friend invitations. Sign in to Game Center in your device settings for online play. Everyone in a party needs a compatible app version. Internet is required for Game Center cooperation.

Gear comes from a clear

Defeat a raid boss to earn equipment. View your collection through GEAR and choose your next encounter through RAIDS. Equipment progress is saved locally; deleting the app may remove it. A retry does not require buying anything.

Sunpetal Knight and restoration

OUTFITS is available at a fresh solo start or after a raid result. Sunpetal Knight is an optional one-time appearance purchase. It does not increase damage, health or loot and is not required to play any raid. Use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the eligible purchase. If your connection or Apple's store is temporarily unavailable, try again later. Cancel party Ready before changing appearance.

Getting unstuck

PAUSE opens audio controls, Continue, Restart raid and the privacy policy. In online play your party continues while your personal menu is open. If a connection is lost, return to solo play or create a new party. For a persistent issue, contact support before deleting the app so your local equipment is preserved.
